Journeymen HVAC Installer

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and accessories
  • Mentor and guide junior installers and apprentices to ensure high-quality, efficient work
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any questions
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards, codes, and company policies
  • Inspect and test HVAC systems for proper operation
  • Maintain and track tools, equipment, and installation materials

What You Will Bring:

  • Journeyman HVAC license required
  • Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
  • Proven leadership or mentorship experience
  • EPA certification (NATE certification a plus)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
  • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
  • Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
  • Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
