Journeymen HVAC Installer

Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and accessories
- Mentor and guide junior installers and apprentices to ensure high-quality, efficient work
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any questions
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, codes, and company policies
- Inspect and test HVAC systems for proper operation
- Maintain and track tools, equipment, and installation materials
What You Will Bring:
- Journeyman HVAC license required
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Proven leadership or mentorship experience
- EPA certification (NATE certification a plus)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
- Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
- Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
