Responsibilities:
- Set up electrical service or installation calls as needed, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
- Install, repair, and replace electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in residential settings.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential electrical systems.
- Perform routine electrical maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Identify and communicate electrical issues with customers, educating them on their systems, functions, and maintenance needs.
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and customer service.
- Follow all safety regulations and electrical codes to ensure compliance and workplace safety.
- Other duties as assigned..
What You Will Bring:
- Omaha Journeyman Electrical License
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential electrical services.
- Familiarity with electrical codes and safety procedures.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
- Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
- Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
