Warehouse Parts Coordinator – Join the ServiceOne Team
Location: Omaha, NE
Pay: $20.00/hour based on experience
ServiceOne is looking for a Warehouse Parts Coordinator to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This hands-on role is essential in keeping our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical teams equipped and moving efficiently.

What You’ll Do:
Receive, organize, and stage parts and materials for field teams
Move equipment and freight (with and without assistance) including loading/unloading trucks for delivery
Track and maintain accurate inventory counts and update warehouse systems
Coordinate regularly with service teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Use systems like Excel and ServiceTitan (we’ll train you if needed)
Support general warehouse operations as needed
What You Bring:
2+ years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred
Forklift experience or willingness to learn
Ability to lift, move, and load heavy equipment and materials
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades is a plus
Team player with a dependable, can-do attitude
Willingness to work overtime when needed
